Slow Flow: Company working to resolve service issues across Caribbean

Broadband customers with Flow have reported issues with accessing internet services, with complaints of unusual slowness in their browsing speeds.

The company also provides residential and business telephone, and cable television services across the Caribbean.

In a post to its Facebook page, the company said it is aware of the issues currently being experienced by its broadband customers. 

The company said it has isolated the problem and assured that technical teams are working to ensure restoration of full service in the shortest possible timeframe.

But, customers in Trinidad and Tobago are not the only ones experiencing issues as mobile subscribers in Jamaica have also reported issues in accessing mobile services.  

“Our technical team is addressing the issue currently impacting our mobile customers. Please be assured that all efforts are being made to resolve this as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused & will keep you updated,” a post to its Flow Jamaica Twitter account, read.  

The company promised to provide further updates on the disruptions in service until the situation is fully resolved.
