Sokafit Bodymorph Challenge - The hard truths about diet

Loop has launched an exciting and refreshingly honest bi-weekly series which focuses on one of our own – Laura Dowrich-Phillips - as she powers her way through the Sokafit Bodymorph Challenge.

Over 12 weeks, Laura will wine, weight-lift and portion control her way towards her goal of achieving a healthier body and mind, and you’re invited along for the journey.
