Sokafit Bodymorph Challenge - Stamina building as finish line in sight

Late last year, Loop launched an exciting and refreshingly honest series which focuses on one of our own – Laura Dowrich-Phillips - as she powers her way through the Sokafit Bodymorph Challenge.

The original programme was extended into March and over 16 weeks, Laura wined, weight-lifted and portion controlled her way towards her goal of achieving a healthier body and mind.

As she eyes the finish line, Laura discovered that despite some starts and stops along the way, her stamina has improved and the inches are melting off slowly.

In Episode 5 Sokafit coach Tiffanie gives us her take on Laura's improvement.
