Carnival is over so we’re back to our regularly scheduled programme.
Late last year, Loop launched an exciting and refreshingly honest series which focuses on one of our own – Laura Dowrich-Phillips - as she powers her way through the Sokafit Bodymorph Challenge.
The original programme was extended into March so over 16 weeks, Laura will wine, weight-lift and portion control her way towards her goal of achieving a healthier body and mind, and you’re invited along for the journey.
