While his fellow Caribbean competitor Dalton Harris was competing in the finals of X Factor over the weekend, Olatunji Yearwood was in Trinidad launching his new band.

Roberts is also the front-line vocalist alongside Ola.
"It was the only option to us after making the entire XFactor journey," Ola said of his decision to start a band.
"While I was in the UK people kept saying they would love to see me with my band they performing so I spoke to my team about it and enlisted the partnership of Kitch who is our musical director and TADOW the Band was formed."
Ola said Carnival lovers really enjoy the live band vibe and so do the artists. Some of his goals to achieve this year is getting into some of the major fetes in T&T Carnival as well as some major festivals abroad.
Roberts told Loop that he is lending his expertise to Ola who was once part of Roy Cape's band.
Roberts, who played the drums the first night, said it is about Ola's career advancement.
"He said it was his childhood dream to have a band and he wanted to do it now as the spotlight is on him and it sounded promising to me," said Roberts who was once the musical director for Machel Montano's band.
Roberts revealed that he is also recording a power soca with himself, Ola and Patrice Roberts.
