Thousands of internet users affected due to damaged fibre optic cable

TSTT is advising internet and mobile data customers that, as a result of a damaged fibre optic cable in Miami, both mobile and residential and business will experience slow browsing speed intermittently over the next 12 hours while repairs are underway.

It said every effort is being made by its international partners to restore full service in the shortest possible time. TSTT said it will provide updates as the status of the repairs progress.

Flow customers have also reported significantly slower services today. The company says it has isolated the issue and is working to address the problem.
