Three men are in custody following the murder of 30-year-old Marcus Marshall.
Marshall was found dead in his vehicle, a Honda Civic, on Tuesday night.
The car had been abandoned along the Valencia Old Road, Valencia.
On Wednesday morning, officers of the Northern Division’s Crime and Suppression Unit, led by Sup Brandon John, Insp Boodoo, Sgt Liverpool, and Cpl Jackman, as well as other officers of the La Horquetta Crime Patrol Unit, received intelligence which led them to a home in Carapo.
At 3.00 am the officers executed a search warrant in the presence of three men, 35, 29 and 25, who were all detained.
Homicide investigators were expected to question all three men on Thursday on their knowledge of Marshall’s murder.
