Three were held for the killing including Shanice Alleyne, Runako Mayers and Criston Lovelace.

All three accused are from the Morvant community.

They made their final appearance on Tuesday before Chief Magistrate Maria Busby Earle-Caddle in the Port of Spain Eighth Magistrates’ Court, where she committed them to stand trial, stating that the State had properly formed a prima facie case.
