Tobago police seize $13K marijuana at Signal Hill Loop News Created : 18 January 2018 Crime A quantity of marijuana was discovered by officers of the Tobago Divisional Task Force during an anti-crime exercise in the Scarborough district on Thursday morning. The exercise, coordinated by Acting Senior Superintendent Joanne Archie, saw police conduct a search at a known drug block at Lambeau Road, Signal Hill. A total of 1.38 kilogrammes of marijuana was discovered in three black plastic bags with an estimated street value of $13,800. No arrest was made in connection with the find. The exercise, conducted between 2:15 am and 4 am, included officers attached to the Tobago Divisional Task Force and Canine Branch.
