According to police reports, at about 1:45 am on Saturday, Carmona’s body was found in the front seat of a Mitsubishi Lancer motor vehicle along Windward Road, Mt St George.
A team of officers led by Snr Sup Joanne Archie visited the scene and found the vehicle along the roadway, which was said to be a short distance away from the Prime Minister’s residence.
The vehicle was still on and its headlights were still on.
Carmona, police said, lived in Mason Hall, Tobago.
However, he was originally from San Juan, Trinidad.
An autopsy is expected to take place this week.
