Trinidad and Tobago's weather: Chance of thundershowers

The public is urged to prepare for scattered showers and even the chance of a thundershower on Wednesday, according to the Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service.

The Met Office said there’s a medium chance of a heavy thundershower or thunderstorm during the morning period.

Trinidad and Tobago

Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with occasional light to moderate showers. There is the medium (40%) chance of a heavy shower/thunderstorm mainly during the morning. An improvement in conditions is expected by afternoon to give a mostly settled evening. Tonight will be partly cloudy with a few lingering showers. Street flooding can be expected in the vicinity of heavy showers or thunderstorms.


The Remainder of the Lesser Antilles

Generally sunny, hazy and breezy day despite the low chance of one or two brisk showers. Mostly clear night.

Seas are moderate with waves between 1.5 to two metres in open waters and less than one metre in sheltered areas.
