Trinidad and Tobago's weather: Medium chance of showers

Here’s a look at today’s weather, courtesy the Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Office.

Trinidad Tobago and the remainder of the Lesser Antilles

Sunny periods will be interrupted by intermittent showers in varying localities.

There is the 60 percent (medium) chance of a few heavy showers and thunderstorms during the late morning to early afternoon, favouring western and hilly areas of Trinidad.

Tonight will be clear despite the odd shower in a few areas.

Caution. Street and flash flooding and gusty winds are possible in heavy showers and thunderstorms.

Seas are moderate with waves up to two metres in open waters and below one metre in sheltered areas.
