Trinidad and Tobago's weather: Scattered showers

Here’s a look at today’s weather courtesy the Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service:

Trinidad, Tobago and the Windward Islands

Initially fair with cloudiness increasing by midmorning to early afternoon and accompanied by light to moderate showers in varying localities.

There is the medium to high (60%-80%) of heavier showers and thunderstorms in few areas.

The night will be fair to partly cloudy with few lingering showers.

Gusty winds, street and/or flash flooding likely in the vicinity of heavier showers or thunderstorms.


The remainder of the Lesser Antilles

Generally sunny conditions will at times be interrupted by some partly cloudy to cloudy periods with showers, at times heavy. The night will be fair to partly cloudy with light showers in few areas.

Seas are slight with waves around one metre and occasionally 1.5 metres in open waters, and calm in sheltered areas.
