Trinidad and Tobago’s weather: Yellow level alert in effect

Here’s the weather forecast courtesy the Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service.
Cloudy and breezy with periods of showers or rain in varying localities and heavy showers and thunderstorms over few areas. Night will be settled with a few lingering showers however conditions will deteriorate again after midnight with showers and thunderstorms expected.
A Yellow Level Adverse Weather Alert is in effect. It is expected to last until 8am on Friday.
Seas are moderate with waves measuring up to 2.5 metres in open waters and one metre in sheltered areas.
