Update: Police officials in Florida found a body in a vehicle matching that of a male suspect in connection with the murder of Trinidadian woman, Vicky Samaroo-Torres, who was found dead at her home in Vero Beach, Florida on Sunday.

According to a report from NBC Miami, the male relative was suspected to be on the run in Broward County.

Police said the man fled to Broward County and was driving a light green 2011 Toyota Sienna with the Florida tag Y06IVL.

A subsequent report from Local 10 said however that a body was found on Monday afternoon, in a vehicle matching that description, near Sawgrass Mills mall in Sunrise, Florida.

45-year-old Samaroo-Torres was found at her home around 7:45 am on Sunday morning, officers said.

The incident occurred in the 8100 block of 102nd Avenue.

According to information received from the Indian River County Sheriff's Office, investigators believe the relative may have carried out the attack.

Officers said the man fled to South Florida after the alleged murder.

Samaroo-Torres was originally from Williamsville in South Trinidad and was a mother of three.
