Trouble for Trevor Sayers: Report on Naturalised Herbs sent to DPP

The Health Ministry said local herbal company, Naturalised Herbs, may be in violation of the Food and Drugs Act.

In a statement issued Thursday, the Ministry said a report on the company, owned by Trevor Sayers, has been submitted to the Director of Public Prosecutions.

"The Ministry of Health, in response to previous reports of alleged breaches of the Food and Drugs Act, Chap. 30:01, by Naturalized Herbs, has submitted the relevant reports to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) for their necessary consideration and action."

"The last such report was sent to the Office of the DPP in October 2017.

"The Ministry of Health continues to work together with the Office of the DPP to bring a timely resolution to these matters," the Ministry said.

Sayers has been known for his creative herbal remedies including using bug spray as a remedy for red eye (conjunctivitis) and using lime,  coconut oil, and other items for erectile dysfunction.
