While a rough seas bulletin from the Meteorological Service (Met Office) has been discontinued, the Trinidad and Tobago Inter-island Transportation Company Limited (TTIT) has advised of changes to the sailings of the T&T Express from Port of Spain, as wave heights remain in excess of 4 metres.
Until further notice the T&T Express to Tobago will depart at 2 pm instead of 3.30 pm as initially scheduled.
Sunday sailings from Tobago will depart at 8.30 am instead of 9.30 am as scheduled.
The M.V Cabo Star will maintain its daily schedule from POS at 2 pm and from Tobago at 11 pm.
The TTIT said the changes became necessary to ensure the safety of passengers, crew and vehicles on the sailings to/from Tobago.
