A 45-year-old Trinidad and Tobago national has been convicted of third degree rape of a victim incapable of consent and sentenced to 5 years of probation supervision.
He was in the United States illegally.
He was arrested in Long Island during the execution of Operation SOAR (Sex Offender Alien Removal), an enforcement effort which lasted for a period of ten days.
