T&T rattled by 4.6 earthquake

Trinbagonians were rattled after an earthquake was recorded around 10:30 am on Friday morning.

According to preliminary reports, the ‘quake was recorded just 40 kilometres north of Port of Spain.

Persons reported feeling the ‘quake across Trinidad and Tobago including Port of Spain, Diego Martin, Tunapuna, St Joseph, Valencia, Cunupia as well as other parts of north-east, central and south Trinidad.

Trinbagonians are still recovering from a 6.9 earthquake which caused damage to buildings, roadways and more on August 21, 2018.

Many have since reported feelings of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as a result of the terror felt at the moment of the 'quake.
