Two teens caught after Carapo crime spree

Two teenagers are currently in custody as the suspects in a series of robberies in Carapo.

The two suspects, aged 16 and 17, from Kelly Street, Peytonville, were arrested at about 3.30 pm on Tuesday.

Officers of the La Horquetta Police station were conducting patrols in the area they received information on the suspects, which led them to a home in the area.

The house was searched and the officers allegedly found and seized several items which had been reported stolen.

They also found a woman’s police uniform in the possession of the teenagers.

As a result of the find, the suspects were immediately arrested and taken into custody.

PC Hall of the La Horquetta Police is continuing inquiries.
