UTC imposes limits on international use of TT Visa Electron card

The Unit Trust Corporation has imposed limits on the amount of US dollars that can be accessed internationally by its customers using the TT$ Income Fund Visa Electron Card.

In an email sent to its customers today, the UTC said that it operates in an economic environment where there is limited access to foreign exchange.

As such the UTC has taken the decision to introduce daily and monthly limits on the international usage of the TT$ Income Fund Visa Electron Card, effective immediately.

Below are the daily and monthly charges.

UTC said imposed limits may be subject to future change based on availability and access to foreign exchange.

Limits on the US$ Income Fund VISA Electron Card remain unchanged and customers who hold this card can continue to utilise it for USD transactions.
