WATCH: Cashier keeps cool during Chinese restaurant robbery

Police are searching for four suspects who were caught on camera carrying out a robbery at the Yi Hing Chinese Restaurant along the Eastern Main Road, Tunapuna on Thursday night.

A one minute and thirty second clip taken from the restaurant's CCTV cameras shows one of the unmasked, armed suspects jumping the counter and demanding that the female cashier open the cash register.

The cashier, calm under pressure, complies and opens the register.

The bandit proceeds to empty the register of the cash, while one of his accomplices is seen pointing a gun at the restaurant owner. The accomplice then demands the man hand over his cellphone.

The cashier was not relieved of her cellphone.

Investigators are reviewing the footage at this time.
