Clean up crews along with T&Tec work crews are working to return the constituency of Moruga/Tableland to a state of normalcy following the destruction caused by the movement of Tropical Storm Bret.

The tropical storm warning was lifted for Trinidad and Tobago, and Grenada and its dependents at 5am today.

South Trinidad received the brunt of the damage, being battered by heavy rainfall and high winds. Roofs have been blown off, fallen trees have cut off electricity supplies in some communities and some areas continue to experience flooding.
