Former media personality turned politician, Jason Williams, has been officially sworn in to the Senate of Trinidad and Tobago.
Williams, who is the People’s National Movement’s candidate for Barataria/San Juan, took his oath of office in the Senate chamber on Tuesday morning. He replaces resigned Senator and Public Utilities Minister, Robert LeHunte.
