Patrons turned all the way up at Caesar's Army's annual A.M.Bush on Carnival Saturday.
The j'ouvert event which usually takes place in Chaguaramas is one of the most anticipated events for j'ouvert lovers and packages are usually mostly sold out days after registration goes live.
Partygoers chipped, jammed, wined and flung it up into the wee hours of the morning.
The event was not without hiccups, however. Patrons took to social media to complain about the event, including late start time and issues with the shuttle services to and from the event.
One patron claimed that she walked almost four miles before arriving at 6AM with no help or communication from any of the organisers. Caesar's Army immediately apologised, acknowledging that there were some logistical issues beyond their control and that A.M.Bush has outgrown its venue. The team released a statement to their Facebook:
We know that several of you did not enjoy the full A.M.BUSH experience yesterday and we are sincerely sorry. It is clear that because of your continued and unwavering support, A.M.BUSH has outgrown our Chaguaramas venue.
Rest assured, we have read, listened and accepted your feedback. Thank you for your open and honest communication.
Providing an extraordinary experience at each of our events is of paramount importance to us and will continue to be our objective as we march forward."
In spite of the issues, patrons were clearly determined to do the most.
