Young receives farewell visit from UK High Commissioner to T&T

Minister of National Security Stuart Young has received a farewell courtesy call from the United Kingdom’s High Commissioner to Trinidad and Tobago, Tim Stew.

At the meeting, Minister Young acknowledged the solid ties sustained through the long standing bilateral relationship between the two countries.

The Minister further thanked the High Commissioner for his support on national security initiatives during his tour of duty.

Both Young and Stew gave the assurance of continued collaboration on security matters of mutual interest.

Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of National Security Vel Lewis was also in attendance.

The visit took place at the Ministry’s head office on Abercromby Street, Port-of-Spain on Friday.
