COVID-19 update: Three more samples submitted

The Ministry of Health, in their 4pm update, says another three COVID-19 samples have been submitted for testing.

The Ministry of Health has announced that a total of 2,900 samples have been submitted for testing at the Caribbean Public Health Agency and the University of the West Indies testing site. 

So far, Trinidad and Tobago has stayed steady at 116 positive cases of COVID-19. Of the 116, 108 people have been discharged and eight people have died as a result of the virus. 

Health officials have conducted 2,483 unique patient tests and 417 repeated tests.
