Update: Seven more test positive for COVID-19

Seven more people have tested positive for the novel coronavirus, according to the Ministry of Health's 6 pm clinical update.
Three are said to be imported from nationals who recently returned from Canada.
Meanwhile, four are primary contacts of recently positive COVID-19 patients.
To date,164 people have been infected with the virus locally.
Of that total, 130 people have been discharged from the hospital, eight others have died.
There are 26 active cases of the viral respiratory illness.
Additionally, 311 more samples have been submitted to the Caribbean Public Health Agency and UWI site for testing taking the tally to 7,716.
One more person has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, while two patients have been discharged from the Caura Hospital.
T&T's caseload now stands at 157.
The Ministry of Health said the latest case is a primary contact of a recently positive COVID-19 patient.
It said all established protocols have been implemented.
There are currently 19 positive patients in hospital.
There are 18 patients at the Caura Hospital and one patient at the Couva Hospital and Multi-Training Facility.
Meanwhile, in its 10 am clinical update on Thursday, the Ministry said 7405 samples have been submitted to the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) and UWI site for testing for COVID-19.
A total of 5838 unique patient tests have been completed, while 1567 tests have been repeated.
To date, there have been eight deaths and 130 discharges.
