The public is invited to review the service they have received from the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service via an online survey.

The Ministry of Labour shared access to the survey online, inviting all who have interacted with the TTPS to give their views:

'The purpose of this survey is to determine your level of trust and confidence in the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS). We would also like to find out more about the customer service you received during your interactions with members of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) in 2020.'

The Ministry said the survey should take approximately six minutes to complete.

The PSC assured that all information provided by respondents will be confidential:

'All information provided by you will be CONFIDENTIAL and no member of the Police Service or any unauthorized person will know your individual responses.'

Additionally, the PSC said no names are required, and the data will be combined with other responses and presented collectively.

Anyone with queries about the survey can contact the Research and Evaluation Unit at 612 0062 ext. 2317 – 2321 or email PolSecRandE@gov.tt.
