Effective Monday, June 15, all branches of Republic Bank (with the exception of the Hilton Agency, which is closed for renovation) will revert to its regular opening hours.

All RBL branches reopened on May 26.

Non mall-branches will return to their schedule of 8 am – 2 pm Monday to Thursday; and 8 am – 1 pm on Friday.

Mall branches will revert to their schedule of 10 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday.

Customers visiting the banks are reminded that COVID-19 safety protocols remain in effect.

The wearing of face masks remains mandatory, however, face masks will have to be temporarily removed for transactions requiring ID verification.

Markers have been placed on the floor to indicate the required distance to be kept between individuals in all branches.

Clients 60 years old and over and the differently-abled will continue to receive priority service throughout the day.

Customers are encouraged to limit the number of in-branch visits and utilise the Bank’s digital and electronic banking channels. Visit www.republictt.com for further details on the Bank’s COVID-19 response.
