Entertainer Kern Joseph, better known as Trinidad Killa, has issued a legal warning to the People’s National Movement (PNM) candidate for Point Fortin, Kennedy Richards Jr.

The pre-action protocol letter comes as Joseph is accusing Richards of ‘illegal use of his creative adaptation of his (Joseph's) work’.

“I think it is unfair and unethical that my work is being used by the political party without my consent and further to that, without an agreement of payment facilitation for my creative adaptation,” said Joseph.

His legal documents state that if Kennedy doesn’t move to quell the matter, he’ll be taking it to the High Court.

Joseph is accusing the candidate of allegedly using an unfinished demo that he presented to the party without any verbal or written agreement between the parties.
